The Challenge

CUNA Mutual teamed up with nvisia to improve their business agility and attract top technical talent. Their in-house pricing tool - essentially an existing Excel spreadsheet - was causing inefficiency as well as unreliable data for their business. Together we worked on a variety of initiatives including greenfield and brownfield modernization.

The Solution

We created a greenfield web-based tool to replace an in-house pricing tool. This business-critical web application determines rates for the lending products credit unions purchase from CUNA. We provided modern mentoring and agile delivery, including agile API design and implementation of restful services. Additionally, we replaced their legacy premium system with a modern web-based system. We followed an agile process, mentored CUNA's engineering team, and delivered a modern .NET web application.
