The Challenge

To meet the demands of clients, American Signal (ASC), an industry leader in mass notification systems and emergency alert systems in government, campuses, nuclear and military bases, needed to launch its NEXGen software platform. The goal of the project was to modernize their systems by re-architecting and developing a state-of-the-art warning system.

Our Solution

We provided a core team to work with the ASC team to modernize their platform by performing all phases of delivery from ideation to execution. The system was a highly configurable design to accommodate a wide-ranging customer base. The team worked closely with ASC hardware engineers to create a solution that worked with their custom hardware solution. This engagement was driven by an agile SCRUM process with 2 week sprints.
