The Technology Executives Club of Chicago hosted their annual IT Leaders Circle Summit on August 21, 2014 at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Attendees included CIOs, VPs and Directors from Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison firms. The summit's panel discussions and presentations described a shift toward a customer centric "omnichannel" experience, enabled by new technologies and the subsequent transformation of the enterprise - creating a platform for innovation.
