The Data Architect is response for definition and implementation of technical standards, guidelines and data/integration architectures for a large project, illustrating mastery of design patterns and practices.  This may include data integration, design of data flow, collaboration with multiple IT teams and adherence to data warehouse best practices and standards.

Medical insurance

The medical insurance plans were designed with your needs in mind. Employees may choose between three available Blue Cross Blue Shield plans: Traditional PPO and two PPO with Health Savings Accounts. All plans include prescription coverage.

Life, AD&D and Disability insurance

Basic Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Insurance benefits are offered through Principal Financial Group at no cost to the employee.

Vision insurance

Vision insurance includes exams, lenses, contact lenses and eyeglass frame allowance. You may purchase two pairs of glasses OR two pairs of contacts OR one pair of glasses and one pair of contacts under our plan.

Paid time off + Holidays

NVISIA’s PTO program allows employees to take the time they need to take care of the things that matter most to them. The amount of time is based upon the number of years with the company and is accrued per pay period.

Flexible spending account

Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars through payroll to pay for costs associated with Healthcare or Dependent Care expenses. For those who select the HSA medical plan, FSA dollars may be used only for dental and/or vision claim reimbursements (Limited Scope FSA).

Dental and Optional life insurance

Through Principal Financial Group, employees may elect to purchase Optional Life and Dental benefits. Employees may choose between two available Dental plans: PPO Out-of-Network and PPO In-Network. Dental insurance includes preventive care and orthodontia.

401K + Financial planning

NVISIA cares about its employees’ financial stability and thus offers a comprehensive financial planning program to help employees save for the future. Through our American Funds 401(k) plan, our employees may invest in a choice of six fund families and 22 individual funds by contributing to a traditional 401(k), Roth 401(k), or a combination of both. Additionally, NVISIA has a discretionary matching funds program. Employees may begin contributing to their 401(k) accounts with their first paycheck.

Mobile phone reimbursement

We encourage our employees to utilize mobile technology for maximum accessibility. Cellular phone calls and other services may be either reimbursed or provided to employees, at certain levels, including allowances to purchase cellular hardware.
