NVISIA’s Naveen VK Presents Spring Data to TCUG

Naveen VK, a Principal Architect at NVISIA, will present a session on Spring Data to J2EE professionals at the Twin Cities Java User Group’s June meeting in Eagan, MN.

This session is an encore performance of Naveen’s May 2013 presentations at the WJUG and MadJUG.

Spring Data is a SpringSource project that abstracts data access layer code for CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations for relational databases and NoSQL datastores. With Spring Data Repositories, it is easier to build Spring-based applications where the data access layer consists of interfaces with finder methods defined as per convention. The appropriate implementation of the data-access interface is used at runtime. Spring Data is an umbrella project with many sub-projects associated with specific databases and datastores.
