Agile BA: BA's Transition to Agile

In this 2 minute and 26 second video I address how the requirements of an Agile solution have changed from previous waterfall techniques. I have helped clients focus on smaller consistent actions when they explore, discover, or find something new. I recommend remembering that even though Agile the pieces are smaller and less redundant, documentation is nevertheless critical.
