NVISIA seeks to maintain a competitive and current benefits program as a part of our total compensation package. Our benefits package is reviewed continuously and improvements are made whenever possible. Our philosophy is to provide a quality and cost-effective benefits program to ensure a healthy, safe and secure workforce. The below listed benefits apply to full-time employees.
The medical insurance plans were designed with your needs in mind. Employees may choose between 3 available Blue Cross Blue Shield plans: Traditional PPO, HMO (IL only), and a High Deductible Low Premium PPO in combination with either a Health Reimbursement Arrangement or Health Savings Account. All plans include prescription coverage.
Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars through payroll
to pay for costs associated with Health Care or Dependent
Care expenses.
Basic Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, and Long Term
Disability Insurance benefits are offered through Guardian
at no cost.
Through Guardian, Employees may elect to purchase Optional Life, Dental and Vision benefits. Dental insurance includes preventive care, orthodontia and access to PPO coverage. Vision insurance includes exams, lenses and frame allowance.
NVISIA cares about its employees' financial stability and thus offers a comprehensive financial planning program to help employees save for the future. Through our American Funds 401(k) plan, our employees may invest in a choice of six fund families and 22 individual funds by contributing to a traditional 401(k), Roth 401(k), or a combination of both. Additionally NVISIA has a discretionary matching funds program.
NVISIA's PTO program allows its employees to take the time they need to take care of the things that matter most to them. The amount of time is based upon the number of years with the company and is accrued per pay period.

In addition to PTO, NVISIA also provides 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per year.
We encourage our employees to utilize online and cellular services for maximum accessibility. Employees are reimbursed for home internet service. Cellular phone calls and other services may be either reimbursed or provided to employees at certain levels through our corporate account, including allowances to purchase cellular hardware.
Additional benefits are available only to consultants due to the increased demand placed upon them in order to provide our Clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Consultants may receive bonus pay for client billable hours worked exceeding 40 hours per week.
To compensate for the long hours of overnight travel and/or long commutes to and from home at a billable client, consultants may earn a travel bonus.
Paid time off may be charged at a reduced rate to encourage Consultants to take time off during periods when they are not assigned to a billable project (or “on the bench”).
Consultants may receive reimbursement for technical reference material purchases made in order to improve consulting or technical skills.
